How we use it

To answer your questions, give you a quote, help you buy, sell or appraise coins and precious metals, keep the records the law requires, protect against fraud and improve this website. We don't sell your personal information.

Records we keep in the shop

Texas law requires a buyer of gold and silver jewelry and scrap to record each purchase, including your name, address, a description of the items and your driver's license or ID number, and to send that record to local law enforcement. Federal law also requires reports on some large cash transactions and some precious-metal sales. We collect this in the shop, not through this website, and share it only as the law requires.

Text messages

If you text us, we use your number only to reply and to talk with you about your request. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing. Message and data rates may apply, and you can ask us to stop texting you at any time.

Cookies, analytics and maps
